This is a beautiful Morgantown Gold Encrusted Optic Wine or Water Stem Glass. The wine/water glass measure 6-3/4 inches tall with a 3-1/2 inch opening across the top.

The Morgantown wine/water glass has the rose pattern in the gold around the rim with the optic panel pattern going up the sides of the glass. There is a 2nd thin gold line below the gold pattern and gold around the rim of the foot.

The gold remain 99% intact with a very very small amount of wear on the rim.
